Atlas Agents provides software-assisted revenue recovery and follow-up workflow support for home-service businesses. Services are delivered through our web application, integrations, and related communications. Use of our services is subject to these Terms and any separate signed agreement.
By providing your mobile number and opting in where required, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Atlas Agents related to your relationship with us.
These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, estimate or invoice notifications, service follow-up communications, customer support responses, and promotional or marketing messages where you have consented to receive them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Agents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services, website, or communications. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable communications, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of calls, emails, or text messages. Carrier delays, outages, filtering, or third-party service interruptions may affect delivery.
