How we got here

We've been building together for over a decade — not just as business partners, as friends and neighbors who do life together.

Dane and Connor met in 2013 while working together at a sales company. What started as a professional relationship quickly became something deeper — a friendship built on shared values, late nights solving hard problems, and a mutual obsession with making things work.

Over the next decade, they built multiple ventures together, learning what it really takes to grow a business from the ground up. How to recruit. How to sell. How to build the systems that hold it all together — and how to help other business owners do the same.

Both are family men first. Their families are close. They live in the same community in Dripping Springs, Texas, and the decision to start Atlas Agents wasn't just a business move — it was a chance to build something they'd both be proud of, together.

Atlas Agents was born out of a simple frustration: too many great HVAC shops were losing jobs they'd already earned because their follow-up was slow, manual, or nonexistent. So they built the system they wished existed — and now they bring it to HVAC contractors across the country.

Dane has spent over a decade building and scaling sales organizations. He understands the grind of running a business, developing people, and building systems that actually last. He brings that same intensity to every Atlas Agents client — obsessing over the numbers until the follow-up system is performing.

Connor is the systems thinker of the duo. He's spent years mastering the mechanics of business growth — from marketing and advertising to building the operational backbone that keeps things running. He leads the team that sets up, integrates, and optimizes every client's follow-up system.
