We do not use your data to train foundation models, sell ad inventory, enrich third-party datasets, or build a marketing profile of your customers.

05 SMS & text messaging

If you provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages related to our business relationship with you. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, estimates, invoices, follow-up messages, customer support communications, and marketing messages where you have consented to receive them.

06 How we share

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in three narrow circumstances:

• Service providers. Trusted third parties needed to operate our business, such as field-service software providers, payment processors, email or messaging providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics providers, or professional advisors, under data-processing agreements.
• Legal obligations. If compelled by valid legal process, we respond narrowly and, where legally permitted, give you notice first.
• Business transfers. If Atlas Agents is acquired or merged, this policy travels with the data. You'll be notified before any material change.

We do not share your data with other Atlas customers.

07 Storage & security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These include secure software systems, account access controls, and role-based permissions. We encrypt data in transit and at rest and review access logs regularly.

No system is perfect; if we have a security incident that affects your data, you'll hear from us promptly, in plain language, with what we know and what we're doing about it.
